[Remote] Sales Development Representative - SDR

Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 outbound touches per day through calls and texts to warm leads
  • Conduct daily roleplays and submit calls for review to receive feedback
  • Log every call, note, and next step in HubSpot the same day without exceptions

Skills

  • Ability to make 80-100 outbound touches per day
  • Experience with calls and texts to warm leads
  • Ability to handle objections and build trust
  • CRM discipline, specifically in HubSpot
  • Willingness to participate in daily roleplays and submit calls for review
  • Strong communication skills to engage with business owners
