Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a RN to work in Nursing Informatics. This salaried position is your opportunity to help us optimize how nursing staff interact with technology to enrich every life- patients, families, and staff. What you will do: 1.0 Salaried FTE Lead and/or actively participate in the design, implementation, and adoption of informatics solutions Bridge nursing practice with information technology partners to develop efficient and effective technology systems, aligning with system initiatives and priorities Be a leader in facilitation and collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders, ensuring the voices of patient-facing nursing staff are elevated throughout system life-cycles. Hybrid eligible after successful orientation (approximately 20 hours/week working from home and 20 hours/week working on site). Must reside in WI, IA, or MN. What you need: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college of Nursing or Master’s degree in non-nursing focus with Informatics Nursing Certification through ANCC. Those without a Master’s degree will be required to obtain a Master’s in Nursing or Non-nursing focus with certification within 5 years of hire. Requirements
