Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information
  • Documenting all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system
  • Working collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Meeting performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed, including administrative duties or data entry

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access
  • Must be located in the United States
