The School of Counseling at Richmont Graduate University is seeking dedicated counselor educators to serve as Adjunct Faculty in the Online Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Candidates must be independently licensed (LPC or LMFT) and hold a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited program. Prior online teaching experience is preferred. Adjunct Faculty are primarily responsible for teaching master’s-level online courses as assigned by the Program Director. Because Adjunct Faculty are an important part of the Richmont community, they are also expected to take an active role in mentoring students and participating in opportunities for faculty development and program improvement.   • Effectively navigate the online learning management system
  • Communicate with faculty course leads to gain familiarity with assigned courses
  • Prepare for assigned courses by reviewing the syllabus, course materials, and assigned readings
  • Inform the Registrar about any changes to the course syllabus
  • Be “present” and actively engaged in courses
  • Facilitate regular synchronous class meetings via Zoom
  • Inform the Program Director about any difficulties or student concerns
  • Provide substantive and timely feedback on all student assignments
  • Respond to all correspondence within 24 hours
  • Submit grades in a timely manner in accordance with university policy
  • Support the mission and values of the university
