Through our structured methodology, we guide individuals to find their voice, refine their message, and build communities around causes they care deeply about. ## New Initiative: Music Division We are launching an exciting new division focused on bringing people together through the power of music. This initiative seeks to harness musical creativity to lift people up and connect them to their purpose. As part of our global platform that reaches 490 cities spanning 29 countries, we're creating opportunities for musicians to amplify their impact and bring communities together through meaningful music. ## Internship Overview

- Academic Credits - Volunteer Position - Potential for Stipend ## Our Process: How Voice Up Works ### We Embrace a Safe Space Every Saturday our team convenes. We are a community of people with the fire inside them to serve others and bring people together. We learn about "the why" behind our cause and purpose. We embrace collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy. Every week we have one-to-one coaching from a mentor. ### You Decide on Your Cause We help you think about, decide, and share why your musical cause is the right cause for you at this moment. ### We Help Refine Your Steps We help you create and share a 30-second written description of your musical cause and transform this introduction into one sentence designed to inspire many. ### We Help You Talk To Lots of People We help you set a goal to talk to new people every week and share the lessons you learn through your music. ### We Help Everyone Receive the Right Kind of Feedback We help you share your musical cause with one to three people and receive feedback in writing. We use this feedback to make your idea stronger. ### Together We Empower Many to Join Your Movement Every week the impact of your musical idea continues to grow and inspires others towards action. ## Who We're Looking For We welcome musicians of all types, including but not limited to: - Pianists - Guitarists - Vocalists - Drummers - Saxophonists - Trumpet players - Clarinetists - Bass players - Violinists - Cellists - Players of traditional instruments - Players of indigenous instruments - All instruments related to jazz, classical, or traditional heritage music performance ## Requirements - Ability to create original music - Experience performing existing music - Strong emphasis on original composition - Passion for creating uplifting music that connects people - Interest in purpose-driven community building ## What You'll Do - Create music that lifts people up and brings them together - Share your creations through Voice Up's platform, reaching our global community - Participate in our weekly Saturday gatherings (virtually) - Receive one-on-one coaching from a mentor - Refine your musical message to inspire action - Learn to effectively communicate your purpose and cause - Connect with others who share your passion for music as a unifying force ## How to Apply To apply, please send the following to : 1.
