Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our health plan clients' products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
