Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to resolve their issues
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed
  • Assisting with billing questions, processing payments, and adjusting service plans
  • Dispatching service providers to assist customers when necessary
  • Providing status updates on products and services to customers
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers and engaging them through exceptional service
  • Maintaining accurate records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • US resident (any state except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calling
  • Analytical skills
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (a plus)
  • Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
  • Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly rate: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

  • Benefits:

Work Environment and Schedule

* Work location: In-person

  • Shifts: Day shift, evening shift, morning shift, and night shift
  • Schedule structure: Rep manages own schedule
  • Work commitment: 15 hours per week or more
  • Schedule availability: Flexible
