Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Insights for arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer Business

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Information Investigator to join our Pack Trial and error and Examination group, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions through data-driven insights. As an Information Investigator, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and developing insightful solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers, and develop data-driven solutions to address these challenges

• Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to a steady stream of Pack intel
• Conduct in-depth pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from multiple perspectives
• Identify and investigate target audience segments to drive Pack growth
• Work with other Examination groups to integrate Pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive and actionable story
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including R/Python/SAS and SQL
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Information Examination, Arithmetic, Information Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL, with experience working with large datasets
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and strategic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Ability to control and analyze large datasets, deciphering patterns and trends, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or similar technologies
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability to think critically and strategically, breaking down and interpreting market and customer data

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Advertising industry
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including but not limited to MVT and Stomach muscle testing
