Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Is Comfortable with Technology: You'll need to be comfortable working with computer systems, customer service software, and CRM tools.
  • Has a Reliable Internet Connection and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential for success in this role.
  • Has a High School Diploma or Equivalent: Some college coursework is a plus, but not required.
