Someone who can immediately tap into an existing network of mortgage brokers, lenders, branch managers, real estate professionals, and industry decision-makers — and turn those relationships into business. This is not an entry-level sales role. The ideal candidate already understands the mortgage and lending world:

  • You know the players
  • You know the pain points
  • You know how deals move
  • You know how relationships drive volume

Maybe you are:

  • a former Loan Officer
  • Mortgage AE
  • Branch Manager

  • Leverage your existing industry relationships to generate business opportunities

  • Hungry, resourceful, and highly network-oriented
  • Not scripted, stiff, or transactional

Most importantly: You already know people who can send deals.

Compensation

  • Base salary + performance bonuses
  • Significant upside for producers with strong networks
  • Top performers: $250K+
