Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead, you will be responsible for managing our internal chat employment leads, ensuring that our caregivers are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding care. Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding care

  • Maintain visibility of the job posting to "Internal" only, preventing it from being advertised on job boards
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our caregivers, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving and recruitment

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and recruitment software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
