Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and is committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services

  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a convenience store or food service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
