Position Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
