Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide expert solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently to meet customer needs

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology
