Your Role as a Member Care Advisor
- Develop expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our products, customer needs, medical conditions, insurance market, and billing processes
- Serve as the first point of contact: Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate internally: Work with teams such as product, billing, and operations to solve problems effectively
- Manage customer relationships: Provide comprehensive support and follow-up
- Document interactions: Create clear written communication for user inquiries, internal research, FAQs, and knowledge content
- Advocate for customers: Be the voice of the customer, representing their needs internally
