We are currently seeking a Regional Director to help fulfill the mission of Endeavor Schools by providing administrative support, training, development, and professional leadership for their assigned schools. Our Regional Directors support our School Leaders and ensure they are growing and maintaining relationships with staff, students, and families to build a healthy school with a strong sense of community, as well as guide the day-to-day operation of the school in compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and internal regulations in an ethical manner. Essential Tasks Leadership: Create a vision for the assigned region that aligns with the Endeavor vision, mission, and core values. Build an effective team and build relationships with peers. Education: Support the implementation of Endeavor’s LEAPS of Excellence. Pursuit and maintenance of regional and national academic accreditation. Profit & Expense Control: Manages the region's Profit & Loss Statement to achieve or exceed planned financial and enrollment targets. Ensures each school operates within budget, effectively managing receivables, which include bad debt, and regularly ensures that controllable expenses are in line with revenue. Staff Management: Recruit qualified staff, including recruiting staff for future needs. Provide ongoing leadership development of School Leaders by consistently coaching and giving feedback. Marketing: Collaborate with Endeavor’s Marketing team to build an effective marketing program to generate and retain enrollment. Ensure schools are answering family inquiries in a timely manner. Expectations: Establish regional annual and strategic objectives. Identify and follow through on priorities. Professional Development: Attends local or regional training and development sessions as required. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Continuously demonstrate professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience in managing parent and staff relationships. Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office and Google. Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of executive-level experience in the field of education; multi-site experience preferred. Why work for us? Because we truly care about our people!
