In this key role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our customer experience through meticulous data entry and client management. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, where you will work from home two days a week and collaborate with colleagues in the office three days a week.

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and updating client accounts, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, and facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals. You will also be responsible for adding and modifying client information, generating comprehensive reports, and managing shipping instruction requests. Additionally, you will maintain mailing list entries, process bidder/show cards, and verify sales tax information. You will also address client survey feedback and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts - Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data - Facilitate the processing of online bidder approvals - Add and modify client information, generate comprehensive reports, and manage shipping instruction requests - Maintain mailing list entries - Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information - Address client survey feedback - Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel - Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks - A positive outlook and a commitment to learning - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous

Qualifications:

- High school diploma is a prerequisite - At least 2 years of experience in data entry
