Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support through online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with visitors on our clients' websites using tools such as Facebook Messenger
  • Assisting customers by answering their questions, providing links to products or services, and offering discounts as needed
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you should have:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
