Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving success in our web and cloud application development projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting data analysis to inform business decisions and product development
- Developing and automating reports to provide insights at scale
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and develop assessment plans
- Delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders
- Helping arenaflex focus on key priorities to drive product and service development
- Developing and maintaining dashboards to provide insights and solve analytical needs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.)
- Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
- Ability to articulate product questions, pull statistics from datasets (SQL), and use statistics to inform answers
- Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with a strong business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
* Currently attending a degree program within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time
- Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business guidelines
- Interest and potential to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and development, with a strong knowledge of measurement, statistics, and awareness assessment
- Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of data-driven decision-making
