Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being a brand ambassador, sharing your passion and expertise for golf and the arenaflex brand with customers
- Utilizing primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Familiarity with the arenaflex website and related media, as well as competitor products
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products, providing customers with informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of providing expert advice to golfers
- In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, as well as similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to professional level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Compensation and Perks
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
- Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards
- Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
- Remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet
Technology Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible)
- A stable internet connection
- Reliable sound output
