About the Role

As a Transaction Coordinator, your job begins the moment a seller contract is signed. You’ll be the person responsible for organizing documents, preparing the assignment agreements, tracking deliverables, and making sure buyers receive clean, accurate, and timely contract packets. Everything is done online using tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets, and pre-made templates. There is no guesswork—just precision and execution. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Verifying signed contracts for required fields: names, property address, price, dates, and signatures
• Generating assignment contracts using fill-in-the-blank templates
• Creating structured folders for each transaction in cloud-based storage
