The Role
As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator for arenaflex's SELF-LOVEapalooza Festival 2025, you'll be responsible for engaging our virtual audience, facilitating meaningful discussions, and ensuring smooth communication during livestreamed sessions. You'll work closely with our production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues and help create a welcoming and supportive virtual space for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions
- Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat
- Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
- Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers
- Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests
- Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule
- Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues
- Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included
- Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue

- A team player who can think on their feet and adapt to changing dynamics
- Available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and full availability on February 13, 2025
