The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Client Services, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement changes to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of company's products and procedures
  • Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary: $28,000-32,000 based on experience
