Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls Schedule appointments for individuals interested in benefits information Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom Assist clients with completing applications and enrollment paperwork Maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout all interactions Participate in optional ongoing training and leadership development sessions
