Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Verizon Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in promoting arenaflex's partnership with Verizon. As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with decision-makers, providing information about Verizon's new products and technology, addressing questions and concerns, and processing new order requests. You'll work closely with our sales team to analyze and implement innovative ways to drive customer acquisition and create a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers directly to provide Verizon product and technology information
  • Handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism, and ease
  • Provide tailored product and service recommendations by building strong customer relationships and identifying their wants and needs
  • Accurately input confidential customer information into our database using our POS software
  • Represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Assist the sales team by generating leads, creating a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales lifecycle

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or related fields preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Representative, serving, or sales role
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • The ability to be versatile and flexible
  • A positive outlook, fun attitude, and enjoys interacting with others

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with Verizon or similar telecommunications companies
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with POS software and data entry systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
