Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic typing skills and computer literacy
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
- Basic knowledge of customer service software and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Earning Potential

Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.
Availability
As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
