What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends. You'll also work with customers' sensitive information, apply the latest customer happiness practices, and maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services. Additionally, you'll communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails

  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level is a must

* Basic technical understanding

  • Analytical and research skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

* Experience in customer service

  • Experience with CRM systems
