Former U.S. University Admissions Officers / Admissions Advisors (Remote, Part-Time)

Heritage Student Foundation is seeking former admissions professionals from Top 30 U.S. universities to join our growing team as part-time remote consultants. We are a professional international education organization dedicated to helping high-achieving international students navigate the U.S. college admissions process with integrity, professionalism, and personalized guidance. Compensation

• $100–$150 per hour
• Compensation may vary based on experience and institutional background

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations, including academic background, extracurricular profile, writing ability, and overall admissions competitiveness
• Provide personalized college admissions guidance for students applying to selective U.S. universities
• Support interview preparation, communication skills development, and admissions strategy
• Offer essay and application feedback, including brainstorming, structure, and content refinement
• Share insights on holistic admissions and selective university application processes
• Work closely with motivated students and families in a professional consulting environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an admissions officer, admissions counselor, application reader, interviewer, or related admissions professional at a Top 30 U.S. university
• Strong understanding of selective college admissions and holistic review practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in college counseling, admissions consulting, or student advising is preferred
• Must be able to provide verifiable professional background information
