Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Customer Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Certification in sales or customer service, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
