Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to 25-30 calls per day from retailers, addressing their questions and concerns about orders, claims, and other related issues
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping
  • Researching and resolving problems with orders and claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Populating data and participating in workflow processes within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation as assigned

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Agent, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • A baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
  • 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
  • A flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM (plus occasional Sundays)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
