Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries via phone calls, and addressing account inquiries, orders, returns, quotes, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering world-class customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries via phone calls, and addressing account inquiries, orders, returns, quotes, and more
  • Exhibiting in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, systems, and procedures, and staying up-to-date on new technologies and industry developments
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring accurate input of customer data and detailed notes
  • Meeting monthly KPIs and schedule adherence guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
  • Availability to work full-time hours between 8am-8pm ET, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products, Epicor Prophet 21, and Salesforce
  • Bilingual abilities, with fluency in multiple languages
