Gatik is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to support our operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery coordination for our autonomous fleet. This role serves as the central communication hub - working closely with drivers, clients, and internal teams to manage live issues, track deliveries, and maintain real-time operational oversight. You will play a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient, and seamless logistics operations during overnight hours. Communicate with drivers and clients via Slack, phone, text, and email to ensure smooth delivery operations. Receive, prioritize, and communicate real-time updates to support operations and ensure smooth route execution. Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistics coordination role. Fast and accurate typing; experience with data entry and activity logging. Tech-savvy with access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet. Start Date : ASAP This is a fully remote position, with preference for candidates based near DFW .
