This is a fully remote position requiring extensive travel. The Regional Director, Case Processing oversees and manages CoreCivic's ICE Case Processing and Administrative Support program within a designated region. Supervises site-level management teams, ensuring the implementation of established operational procedures and program standards at assigned locations. Monitors regional compliance with ICE policies, supports consistent delivery of case processing, docket management, records management, removal management assistance, detainee communication, and administrative support services. Coordinates the allocation of resources to ICE field offices and detention centers within the region, responding to local directives and operational surges. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The incumbent should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements. 1. Maintains appropriate staffing levels by collaborating with Human Resources and Recruiting to support the identification and onboarding of candidates, following ICE security protocols. Participates in training initiatives, partners with site training staff, and supports the execution of program-wide training efforts to promote consistent standards across regional teams. 2. Leads the regional implementation and management of CoreCivic's ICE Case Processing and Administrative Support program for assigned locations. Supervises site-level support teams, promoting consistent application of program procedures and standards. 3. Maintains a thorough understanding of ICE’s policies, operational updates, and system changes, guiding field teams to adopt these as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent delivery of key services such as case processing, docket and records management, removal management assistance, detainee communication, and related administrative support at each site. 4. Tracks team performance, provides coaching to site supervisors, and contributes to performance improvement efforts as necessary. Works with quality assurance and training personnel to monitor data accuracy, support audit readiness, and ensure staff maintain required competencies for their roles. 5. Participates in audits, site inspections, and program reviews conducted by ICE and CoreCivic leadership as required. Reviews local performance data, such as task completion rates, file compliance, and case processing milestones, and reports key findings to senior management. 6. Serves as the primary operational contact for the region, communicates with ICE Field Office Directors, Contracting Officer Representatives, and site-level stakeholders to align expectations, address priorities, and resolve operational processing issues, as they arise. 7. Coordinates resource allocation within the region, responds to operational surges or escalations, and provides uninterrupted delivery of program services, following ICE contract requirements and federal data privacy regulations. 8. Domestic U.S. travel is required. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or a related field is required. Five years of supervisory or management experience in operations, case processing, or administrative support, preferably within a contracted service or law enforcement setting, is required. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience overseeing multiple sites or teams is preferred. Demonstrated ability to maintain program compliance, participate in audits or reviews, and support staff development and training. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to evolving policies and operational priorities. Must be able to pass a background check, meet ICE suitability standards, and travel within the region as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
