As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support. Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
• Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
