You’ll support your clients in many and varied ways, including: • Calendar/schedule maintenance • Inbox filtering and management • Email correspondence • Expense tracking and categorization • Social media support • CRM updates • Email automation - proofread, assemble, set up for distribution • Streamline day-to-day with processes and workflows • Varied Research: vendor products and services comparison, speaking opportunities, image curation… • Travel research and booking • Event planning and coordination ...and much more. Our Ninjas are never bored! • A BIG plus if you have experience working in any of the following digital platforms: Project Management, CRM, Email Marketing Automation, Social Media Management. From the moment you join the 100Ninjas team, you’ll get all the support and resources you need to succeed. And because our Virtual Assistants work one-on-one with clients, you will develop strong and fulfilling client relationships.
