Remote Commercial Property Manager

Our client is a distinguished real estate investment firm seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of commercial properties, maximizing tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property value. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach to property management. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting. You will oversee rent collection, manage operating budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising property quality or tenant services. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with all lease agreements and property regulations are paramount. You will also coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget. Regular property inspections and proactive identification of potential issues are crucial for risk mitigation and property upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management is required. Strong understanding of real estate principles, lease agreements, property law, and financial management is essential. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is necessary. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are vital.
