Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our live chat system. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include

• Engaging with clients in real-time through our live chat system, responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries and providing solutions
• Addressing customer complaints, issues, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, communicating with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all needs are met
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all client interactions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the live chat experience
