Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent (Remote) Full-Time | Remote Compass Financial is a growing insurance agency seeking licensed Medicare sales professionals to join our remote sales team. This role is focused on helping clients navigate Medicare and related insurance products while providing agents with training, support, lead opportunities, and long-term career growth within the organization. Compensation

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required
• Medicare sales experience preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Coachable and professional
• Organized and self-motivated
• Full-time availability preferred

Preferred Hiring States We are currently prioritizing candidates licensed and/or located in: Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Virginia, and Missouri.
