  • * Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of courtesy and professionalism.
  • * Provide accurate information regarding Delta Airlines services, policies, and procedures.
  • * Use internal systems to track issues, escalate technical problems, and log customer interactions.
  • * Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • * Adhere to performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
  • 🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Proficient with common customer service software, CRM platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • * High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • * Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens in a fast-paced environment.
  • 💼 Experience
  • * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industries.
  • * Previous remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • * Familiarity with Delta Airlines service offerings is considered an asset.
  • 🕒 Working Hours
  • * Full-time role with flexible shifts between 600 AM – 1000 PM EST, including weekends and holidays.
  • * Rotating schedule to accommodate time zones and global customer needs.

  • * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult or emotional customer interactions with empathy.
