Golang developer with strong AWS (Independent visa only)

Role: Senior Golang Engineer (5–8 Years) Location: Irvine CA- Onsite Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in building scalable, cloud-native backend systems and distributed microservices. The role involves designing high-performance APIs, real-time data processing systems, event-driven architectures, and deploying resilient applications on AWS and Kubernetes environments. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) development Expertise in building microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC-based services Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration Strong exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures Experience with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, or other distributed databases Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to frontend technologies such as React.js Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, Auth0, and cloud security best practices Experience with WebSockets, real-time streaming, and low-latency systems Familiarity with service mesh technologies like Istio Exposure to financial, insurance, or enterprise-scale product environments Apply To This Job
