Position Overview

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative – Day Shift based in the Greater Phoenix area, you will provide empathetic, efficient, and solution‑focused support to arenaflex members.   • Document all interactions in the CRM system with precision, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including claims, underwriting, and technical support—to resolve complex member issues.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about changes to healthcare regulations, arenaflex offerings, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service, call‑center, or related role.
