Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Trip Assignment Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. This role is focused on evening shifts (Monday night through Friday night, 11:30 pm – 8:00 am PT) and is performed entirely from the comfort of your home. You will be the critical link between our members, dispatchers, and arenaflex partners, ensuring that each trip is assigned efficiently, accurately, and with the appropriate language and cultural considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign approximately 700–900 trips per night to dispatchers using the arenaflex system, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Construct daily dispatcher schedules that incorporate mandatory breaks, lunches, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Match dispatchers to trips based on language proficiency, cultural competency, and member preferences.
  • Stack and prioritize trips for contracted arenaflex partners, maintaining service level agreements and performance metrics.
  • Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing courteous, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
  • Coordinate and confirm evening trips as they are received, handling any last‑minute changes or special requests.
  • Process administrative tasks related to arenaflex partners, including payment verification and reconciliation.
  • Manage Level 1 administrative tickets in the arenaflex ticketing platform, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations leadership team to identify process improvements and enhance overall service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work reliably on evening shifts, with a track record of punctuality and consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage high‑volume workloads without sacrificing accuracy.
