Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership: Lead the day‑to‑day management and execution of direct‑channel campaigns, from concept through launch and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Data Expertise: Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, segment, and analyze large data sets; translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, merchandising, analytics, and technology teams to align campaign strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Technical Enablement: Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the tools and platforms used by DCS&A, providing guidance and training to peers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience writing complex SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, and data cleansing.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience managing end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technical details and translate them into clear, business‑focused stories.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across hierarchical teams and influencing without authority.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and navigating ambiguity.

  • Hands‑on experience building multi‑channel marketing flows that integrate email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing campaign assets.
  • Knowledge of social media data models and best practices for audience segmentation.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum) or demonstrated agile methodology experience.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior analysts and marketers.
