The Opportunity This role gives you the chance to make a meaningful difference while building valuable professional skills. You will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about their available benefits and help guide them through the process. Your focus will be on listening, answering questions, explaining options clearly, and helping each client feel confident about their decisions. This is not about pressure or aggressive sales tactics. It is about providing helpful guidance, building trust, and supporting families with professionalism and care. As you grow in the role, you will also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, receive mentorship, and build a long-term career path in a remote environment. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent follow-up. Help families understand available benefit options in a simple and professional way. Answer questions and provide support throughout the client process. Offer guidance with patience, empathy, and attention to detail. Work with leadership to improve systems, client experience, and team performance. Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development to continue improving your skills. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills. A genuine interest in helping individuals and families. Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently from home. Good organization and follow-through. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is helpful, but not required.
