Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and pet‑loving individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, delivering compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient support to our valued pet parents through phone, email, and live chat channels. Key Responsibilities
