Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Webb Insurance Group is a growing independent insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to commercial clients. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a book of commercial lines clients and ensure outstanding customer service and accuracy in policy servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned commercial accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
  • Provide day-to-day service to clients, including answering coverage questions, issuing certificates, processing ID cards, and handling billing inquiries
  • Review and analyze policies for accuracy and adequate coverage, identifying gaps and making coverage recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver renewal proposals, quotes, and coverage comparisons
  • Build strong relationships with underwriters and carrier representatives to negotiate terms and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate client information and documentation in the agency management system
  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetites, and compliance requirements
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support via inbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Develop insurance quotes based on client needs and follow up in order to make the sale
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success

Skills

  • Candidates must have an active 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License
  • 1+ year of experience in commercial lines account management (independent agency experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Motivated to complete tasks and have a growth focused mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to Commute: Hudson, FL 34667
  • 2-20 or 4-40 license
