Organizational Development Specialist - Human Resources
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is the nation's largest not-for-profit medical center, seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to support their Organizational Development team. The role involves project management, documentation, and communication support for key OD programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Organizational Development (OD) team in the delivery and tracking of key OD programs
- Help design and have accountability for the documentation of OD documents
- Provide project management support for major OD projects
- Quantify and communicate activities and results
- Provide direct project management/analysis support for key programs, initiatives, and interventions (e.g. Performance Management, Talent, Succession Planning)
- Design OD documents
- Write appropriate material including manuals, guidelines, brochures, newsletters, videos, and teambuilding programs
- Support the communication needs of the Master Change Facilitators in support of their clients
- Provide data and communications support for each site on an on-going basis
- Assist in quantifying and documenting the results of programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Master's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, or related field
- Experience in talent and succession management, organizational development, change management, and consulting
