Administrative - Data Entry
Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company that helps individuals improve their financial situations through innovative solutions. The Operations Support Agent will review and manage documents to ensure they are correctly uploaded to client accounts, while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain accurate client information.
Responsibilities
- Review physical and electronic documents received on behalf of clients and creditors
- Perform necessary actions such as scanning documents, updating client information, or submitting customer service requests
- Fast-paced data entry using company database and other systems
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of significance
- Work various work streams throughout the day
- Collaborate with multiple departments to keep client information up to date and correct
- Follow protocol to ensure the protection of sensitive client information
Skills
- Experience with computers and with the Microsoft product line (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, etc)
- Ability to multi-task and produce quality work
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous customer service or administrative experience in an office setting
