They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fresh Start Associate to support sales operations, customer service activities, and client requirements across multiple business functions. This role involves assisting sales teams, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales teams with quotes, order management, pricing requests, and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of customer requests
  • Maintain CRM records and sales documentation accurately
  • Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and account coordination activities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, and operations teams to address customer needs
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and service updates
  • Support cross-functional communication between sales, service, finance, and supply chain teams
  • Assist with process improvements and customer experience initiatives
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or account coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting B2B customers in a technology or telecommunications environment
  • Familiarity with order management and service delivery processes
  • Analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
