The Position: We’re looking for a heart-centered, intrapreneur coach. Intrapreneurship is the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within a large organization. Someone entrepreneur minded, who believes in going further together than alone. A coach who’s smart, sharp, passionate, and talented with a great attitude and a tremendous spirit of resourcefulness. Requirements:

• Ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to collaborate, and when encountered with an obstacle, able to find a way around, through, over it, under it.
• Ability to attend weekly meetings, and produce educational content for current clients, and marketing efforts, with the help of our content team.
• Understand the "root cause" approach, functional health, ideal lab markers, functional coach, certifications in such.
• Preferred: 4 Year Bachelor Degree in nutrition, or equivalent experiences in a science-related field, such as exercise science, physiology, biology, nutrition, or MMU education/functional health coaching (gut health, autoimmune, thyroid/hormonal issues) understand perimenopause/menopause women
• Preferred, But Not Required: registered dietitian, or studying to take your RD Exam.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client’s via our online platform, and state of the art systems.
• Supporting clients through 1-1 and group communication, answering questions, and building strong connections and relationships.
• Willingness to step in and assist the team of coaches with client issues, on an as-needed basis.
• Attend weekly culture meetings.
• Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.
• Maintain at least a 90% retention rate for current clients.
